**About the role**:
Reporting to the State Sales Manager this key role is accountable for developing the Fosroc range whilst cementing relationships with prospective and established customers across the concrete and construction markets in South East Queensland
Working with tier 1 and 2 civil construction customers you will focus on achieving ongoing commercial growth; building strong relationships; and adding value through providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge.
This is a role that will offer you plenty of impact within our business and the opportunity to be involved with some of the states major construction projects. You will be well supported and encouraged to grow your career within the broader DuluxGroup.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage an important customer base consistent of civil construction businesses and distributors
- Engage and influence multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle
- Work with your wider team and other teams within the DuluxGroup to maximise opportunities
- Confidently provide technical advice and recommendations on our Fosroc range
- Consistently use our CRM system

**Skills & Experience**:
You will have a passion for sales and a genuine desire to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will be motivated by developing a career with a market leader and be known for your ability to engage with customers and have brilliant track record in growing market share. Ideally, you can demonstrate:
- Experience managing a territory and knowledge of the building or construction markets
- Prior experience of Tier 1 civil contractors and builders is desirable
- Strong account management skills and the capability to chase and close new business;
- Proven experience meeting sales targets and managing sales cycles;
- Excellent written and verbal communications, negotiation and influencing skills
- IT savvy with experience in MS Suite and CRM
