Job Overview
Finance Systems Analyst – Permanent, Full Time; based in Perth Corporate Office with site travel as required.
Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 plus superannuation and two bonuses.
Summary
Responsible for accounting duties including compilation, consolidation, and analysis of financial data. Support maintenance of the finance system Pronto and other systems. Seek continuous improvement opportunities and execute ideas.
Responsibilities
* Develop, reconcile, and maintain finance system integrations ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
* Guarantee consistency of financial data across systems.
* Assist in review, testing, and implementation of upgrades.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline workflows.
* Provide user support and training to maximize effectiveness of financial systems.
* Collaborate with finance, IT, and other departments to align systems with organisational goals.
* Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries in appropriate reporting tools.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in a financial accounting environment and working with finance software.
* At least advanced level Excel spreadsheet manipulation.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, with strong customer service focus.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
