Your Key Responsibilities
* You will keep a nurturing eye on each resident's condition and provide proactive care that enriches their daily life, ensuring holistic well-being and safety.
* Develop and implement tailored care plans that support residents' diverse needs, giving respectful, supportive assistance that empowers their autonomy.
* Manage safe medication administration and accurately document medication plans, interventions and progress notes to ensure seamless care delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
* A genuine passion for caring for others and delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* Current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
* The ability to quickly understand and apply knowledge of the AN-ACC funding system attributes – prior experience with this system would be beneficial.
* Experience providing nursing services in various settings, including aged care, hospitals, and community care.
* An appreciation for accurate reporting and documentation management, with the ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks effectively.
