Job Title: CRM Senior Advisory Solution Consultant, FSI
As a CRM Senior Advisory Solution Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strategic guidance for one of our leading products. You will spearhead complex discovery and design engagements with prominent financial institutions across Australia and New Zealand, crafting multi-year transformation strategies that harmonize front-to-back workflows across banking, insurance, superannuation, and wealth management.
* Lead complex discovery and design engagements with leading financial institutions to drive business outcomes.
* Develop and implement multi-year transformation strategies that unify front-to-back workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
* Bring deep understanding of regulatory, operational, and technological landscapes to define the art of the possible with ServiceNow's platform, identifying innovative solutions to complex challenges.
You will also serve as a recognized industry expert and thought leader in digital service transformation for financial services, developing and evangelizing new solution frameworks, reference architectures, and go-to-market plays that advance ServiceNow's value proposition across the FSI vertical.
Requirements:
* Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving to drive business results.
* Expert-level domain knowledge across banking, insurance, superannuation, or wealth management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
* 10+ years of pre-sales or equivalent consulting experience leading complex digital transformation initiatives within financial services, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
* Proven ability to define and deliver AI-enabled workflows that drive business outcomes.
