Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for communicating with customers, dealers and service agents to confirm part requirements and delivery timelines. This includes coordinating and processing spare parts orders related to approved warranty claims.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the warranty and service teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of claims. Your strong communication and customer service skills will help resolve any issues efficiently and effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in parts coordination, sales or warranty administration
* Solid understanding of inventory and order management processes
* SAP Sales Order and/or Materials Management experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining records
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and inventory/WMS systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
