Job Role
The position is a temporary 12 month role working part-time with a set number of hours per week. The administration team member will be required to work collaboratively as part of the team to deliver administrative and business support services.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing information using various software systems and supporting digital end-to-end business processes. The role also involves keeping clients informed about relevant issues, ensuring timely and professional communication at all times.
This administration role requires advanced computer skills in a range of software applications, ability to maintain concentration and accuracy in high-volume activities, excellence in customer service interactions.
