We're looking for our next high-performing, detail-driven Credit Analyst / Para Broker to join our boutique team. This is a pivotal role supporting our Director and other brokers with credit, structuring, client interaction and end-to-end file management.

Your Days will be Varied & Include
* Communicate with clients to gather required info and documentation
* Analyzing and verifying income & financials to assess loan suitability and capacity
* Documenting goals, requirements and lender submission notes to a high standard
* Managing the end-to-end submission process for residential home loans
* Providing ongoing support to clients both pre- and post-submission
* Working closely with our brokers, clients, lenders and referral partners
* Leading workflow and process improvements to increase efficiency and client experience
Who you are
The ideal person is an experienced credit analyst looking for long term growth. You have an analytical mindset and are not afraid to seek answers and ask questions.
Experience
* A passion for broking and finance (Dip FMBM or Cert IV)
* Minimum 3 years credit analyst / para-broker experience
* Experience with Salestrekker desired but not essential
* Extremely high attention to detail and ability to prioritize your own workload + manage expectations
* Understanding of how to interpret complex income / financials and recommend appropriate loan structuring
* Fire in the belly to take an opportunity and run with it
