About the Role:
* Actively promote and sell new homes to potential customers
* Presentation of display homes to a high standard at all times
* Providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
* Negotiating sales contracts and managing the sales pipeline
* Maintaining detailed records and reporting on sales activities
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, and have a real estate background or experience as a New Home Sales Consultant.
