About the Role
* Lead the end‐to‐end management of a portfolio of transformational projects to improve how people live and age.
* Design governance, commissioning, implementation, contract and financial management, risk management, evaluation and reporting.
* Coordinate systems integration across the aged and health care sector, working extensively with government, health services, aged care providers and community partners.
* Provide clinical oversight and expert guidance across the Healthy Living and Ageing portfolio.
About You
* Experience planning, managing and controlling multiple significant projects and services.
* Exceptional ability to build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders, resulting in high‐impact outcomes.
* Systems‐way thinking that supports opportunities for integration.
* Relevant tertiary qualification in healthcare; at least 5 years of clinical experience in health, ideally within the aged care sector; and operational or project management experience of 8+ years.
* Demonstrated experience utilising systems to successfully develop, implement and monitor business activities to support the delivery of strategy and operational plans.
* Strong communication and people‐leadership skills to manage, support, develop and coach teams, and work effectively with stakeholders within HNC and externally.
