Your Role
As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will guide pedagogy, inspire your team, and lead the creation of meaningful learning experiences. You will:
* Champion the approved learning frameworks and drive program quality
* Collaborate with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to ensure holistic care
* Support and mentor educators to elevate learning outcomes for every child
* Foster a culture of reflection, curiosity, and continuous improvement

* A full-time Relationship Manager supporting enrolments and family engagement

Harmony Early Education is joining the Graceville community. The centre caters for up to 126 children aged birth to 5 years. Located at 293 Honour Avenue, Graceville, Queensland, with operational hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm.
About You
You are passionate about early childhood and driven to make a difference. You bring:
* A deep respect for children as competent learners
* Experience as an Educational Leader, leading and inspiring a team
* A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification), or working towards it
