Role Details
As a Phone-Based Customer Service Representative at a state‐of‐the‐art contact centre in Mulgrave, you will handle inbound calls from customers in Australia and New Zealand, addressing inquiries related to vehicle loans or leases. Your role also includes email‐based tasks and welcome calls for new customers.
* Location: Mulgrave (free onsite parking)
* Hours: Rotating roster 06:30‐18:00 (8 hour shifts, primarily 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.)
* Compensation: $36 per hour plus Super and penalty rates as required.
* Schedule: Monday‐Saturday rotating roster (mostly Monday‐Friday; occasional Saturday with penalty rates).
* Two days per week working from home after training period (equipment provided).
