Your New Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you'll handle phone‐based sales, process orders, provide quotations, and build genuine relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and customers across the electrical and mechanical industries while working within a supportive team environment.
You Will Bring
* A proven track record in customer service, sales, or administration
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
* Intermediate computer skills and a self‐driven, solutions‐first mindset
* Industry experience in electrical, mechanical, or similar fields (advantageous)
