Sales Equipment Specialist
Job Description:
* As a Sales Equipment Specialist, you will be the critical link between our branches and customers, supporting them with expert advice, pickups, deliveries, and equipment readiness.
About the Role:
Duties and Responsibilities
* Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment.
* Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safely loading and unloading of equipment.
* Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions.
* Maintain high standards and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs.
* Clean branch facilities and maintain equipment as required.
* Conduct equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections.
About You:
Requirements and Qualifications
* A valid driver's license is essential for this role.
* The availability to work weekends on a rotating roster is required.
* This role involves physical components, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
* A level of physical fitness is necessary, and the ability to pass a drug test is required.
* You should be proactive, keen to learn new skills, and have an interest in machinery and equipment.
