About the role
This is a full-time maternity fill-in role for a Customer Service Support/Booking Coordinator at Jacob Toyota in Albury, NSW. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to the Service Department.
Opportunity for ongoing work within the Jacob Group of Companies.
What you\'ll be doing
- Handling all incoming customer enquiries and booking service appointments
- Assisting with the management of the service booking calendar and prioritising jobs
- Providing administrative support to the Service Department, including invoicing and warranty processing
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on the status of their vehicle repairs
- Maintaining positive relationships with customers and promoting the Jacob Toyota brand
What we\'re looking for
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
- Experience in a similar customer service or administrative support role, preferably within the automotive industry
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative approach and the willingness to be a team player
