Responsibilities
Service Crew‑Leading Hand oversees daily operations of a service crew, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Recruitment Details
* FIFO Perth or DIDO Kalgoorlie.
* Family‑friendly rosters, 7:7 (Days and Nights).
* Camp facilities close to site.
* Values‑based culture heavily promoted.
Qualifications
* 3+ years Underground Mining experience as a Service Crew.
* Able to lead a team of Service Crew.
* Demonstrated Service Crew experience.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Competent with the installation of underground infrastructure.
* Extend and maintain ventilation, water, and air services.
* Ability to perform inspections, adjustments and troubleshoot.
* Install secondary bags and fans and mine services.
* Must have valid Working at Heights certification.
* DGSC – advantageous for career progression opportunities.
