About The Role
We are on the hunt for multiple individuals to join our after‐hours operations team on a full‐time position in Melbourne. Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams. In these newly created roles, you will be responsible for supporting the wellbeing of residents and overall management and responsibility of the building during the overnight hours.
In your role you will gain exposure to a range of tasks and responsibilities including:
* Monitoring building security and safety; performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty.
* Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, audit, reporting, etc.
* Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
* Act as a support to the residents to form a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare.
* Respond to residents calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock outs.

Shifts
We are currently offering the following shifts on a rotating roster:
* Monday - Sunday : 00:00 (midnight) - 08:00
You may be required to work if your regular shift falls on a public holiday.
Mandatory Requirements
* National Police Check (completed within last 3 months)
* Working with Childrens Check (VIC)
* Unrestricted work rights in AustraliaMust be available to commit to one of the shift patterns mentioned above
Recruitment Process
To simplify our recruitment process we will be inviting suitable candidates to attend a Speed Recruitment Session with members of our Operations team. Further details will be communicated to applicants progressed.
These sessions will take up to 3 hours, consisting of a presentation and short interviews.
These roles will commence beginning of July 2026.
