For generations, Florentino has stood at the heart of Melbourne dining, a cornerstone of the city's food and wine culture and steeped in tradition. This next chapter of the Florentino Dining Room will honour Melbourne's culinary heritage while ushering in a bold new era.

Role Overview
We're currently looking for Bartenders to join the teams at Florentino. This role suits someone who's confident with guest interaction, has strong attention to detail, and brings initiative to every shift. Experience in premium service is essential, along with a working knowledge of wines by the glass. Coffee skills are a bonus but not a must. We also encourage any front of house professionals looking to move into the bar to apply.

* Experience working in high-volume, restaurant/bar environments.
* A solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and beverages, and a passion for continued learning.
* Excellent time management and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to keep things running smoothly in a fast‐paced setting.
* An eye for detail and a guest‐first mindset, with a flair for adding personalised touches to the experience.
* A collaborative and positive attitude, with a desire to lead by example and inspire those around you.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to high standards of service.
* The ability to work independently, always showing professionalism, respect, and kindness.
* Exceptional presentation and strong communication skills.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
