What You’ll Be Doing
Manage key clients and be their hero.
Engage with clients that require a bit more and establish long‑term client relationships built on trust and excellence.
Collaborate with our specialist teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings – agendas, budgets, minutes and all other activities for the clients in your care.
Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.
What You’ll Bring
Customer‑focused mindset.
A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to travel to meetings (ATO rate reimbursement).
Solid knowledge of strata/body corporate legislation and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
A collaborative, empathetic mindset and a passion for helping others grow.
A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and a desire to keep learning.
