We're seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service / Receptionist / Assistant Property Manager to support our Emerald office and deliver exceptional service to our clients and community. You'll be the first point of contact for our office, helping keep everything running smoothly while supporting our sales and property management teams.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring strong written and verbal communication skills, solid mathematical ability, excellent attention to detail, and confidence using technology and modern systems. You'll be organised, reliable, and able to manage your time effectively, with the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. A positive, proactive attitude and strong people skills are essential, as is a genuine desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry.
An Agent's Representative Certificate is an advantage, or a willingness to complete the course within 6 months of appointment to teh role, & a current driver's licence is rerquired. Previous experience in real estate is not essential — full training will be provided for the right applicant.
