As our Business Support Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day coordination of operational and administrative functions across the business.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our close-knit team in Wayville. This is a varied and hands‐on role where no two days are the same. You'll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly while working closely with our Sales, Dispatch, Workshop, and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting with customer orders throughout the system to help ensure jobs progress smoothly and on time from quotation through to dispatch
* Providing day‐to‐day operational and administrative support across the business
* Providing general administrative and operational support to the General Manager and wider team
* Working with the Sales Manager and team to help keep day‐to‐day operations organised and running smoothly
* Ordering and coordinating supplier purchases and deliveries to help ensure stock and customer orders arrive on time
* Liaising with local and international suppliers regarding orders, delivery updates, and general coordination
* Updating and maintaining pricing records and supplier price lists
* Keeping customer orders, supplier orders, pricing, and stock information accurate and up to date in the company system
* Providing backup support across dispatch, workshop, stock, and general administration functions as required
* Helping support and improve day‐to‐day organisation and workflow across the business where needed

About You

* Able to use initiative and make practical day‐to‐day decisions
* Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Comfortable working across different areas of a small business and helping where needed
* A strong communicator who works well with customers, suppliers, and team members
* Someone who is reliable, practical, and happy to help wherever needed to keep things moving
* Experience with ERP systems, supplier coordination, logistics, stock control, or administration highly regarded
* Comfortable helping across administration, customer orders, suppliers, dispatch, and general business support as required
