You will
* Organise client shipments across FCL, LCL, and air freight
* Know your clients well and deliver a personalised, consistent service
* Work closely with the back‐office and bookings team
* Handle invoicing and job finalisation
You have
* Recent operations / customer service experience in freight forwarding
