* Take a trauma-informed approach and provide respectful, person-centred care tailored to each individual's needs.
* Employ an individualised, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning to address diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each person's journey.
* Provide advanced and complex patient care within your area of specialty that reflects current standards of nursing practices and Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
