Seymour Whyte is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support the delivery of the Creek Connect Project, part of the Sydney Waters Upper South Creek Networks Program that delivers major wastewater infrastructure to support Western Sydney's growth.
You will manage contracts and sub‐contracts from procurement through to close‐out, overseeing cost forecasting, variations and claims, and ensuring effective commercial outcomes while working closely with delivery teams, contractors and key stakeholders.
CreekConnect supports Western Sydney's growth and is a large‐scale, long‐term joint venture between Seymour Whyte and Jacobs, awarded by Sydney Water as an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) project. The Upper South Creek Network will feature new wastewater pumping stations and gravity carriers, with the first work stage beginning before the year's end. The project also emphasises safety, digital engineering and compliance with the latest standards, ensuring it meets future needs effectively.
About the Role
* Manage contracts and sub‐contracts end‐to‐end
* Support procurement and tendering activities

About you
* Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
* Extensive experience in contracts administration on major infrastructure projects
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills
* Confident in managing claims and variations
* Excellent stakeholder communication skills
* Detail‐oriented with a proactive, team‐focused approach

Many of our projects are not accessible via public transport and require travel between and within active construction sites. A current driver's licence and the ability to drive on site are essential.
