S26 ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR | FIFO 8:6 | INDIGENOUS OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking an experienced S26 ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR to join our team on an 8:6 FIFO roster.

RTIO and BHP Experience Highly desirable.

What You Will Need
* Proven supervision experience in a mine site environment.
* Strong understanding of civil and building construction principles.
* Ability to lead and manage crews while building a healthy site culture.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
* Demonstrated experience in risk management, safety inspections, and statutory reporting.
* Supervise Construction and Commissioning Contractors, coordinating with Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance teams.
* Ensure all construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant systems, processes, and statutory requirements.
* Ensure all personnel are adequately trained and accountable for their work.
* Generate work packages, assign tasks, and supervise resources when required.
* Review work execution with team members, identify gaps and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
* Develop and review contractors' work method statements, work procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
* Provide support to contractors in managing permits, approvals, QA/QC, safety and quality documentation, completions, commissioning, and reporting.
* Report directly to the Electrical Superintendent and/or Pre-Commissioning Superintendent/Manager.
* Participate in weekly pre-planning, planning, and scheduling meetings to ensure alignment with the work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading and managing the site-based workforce and subcontractors.
* Coordinating and scheduling daily works to meet project milestones.
* Maintaining positive client relationships and acting as the key site interface.
* Driving a safety-first culture, ensuring all personnel meet health and safety obligations.
* Conducting toolbox talks, prestart meetings, and statutory safety briefings.
* Implementing and monitoring risk controls, hazard reporting, and corrective actions.
* Overseeing quality control in line with electrical drawings, specifications, and compliance requirements.
* Reporting incidents, hazards, non-conformances, and participating in investigations.
* Maintaining statutory records and supporting the SSE/Project Manager with WHS reporting.
* Collaborating with engineers, project managers, and electrical disciplines to deliver integrated outcomes.
Compliance Requirements
* Current RTIO S26 experience and inductions
* RIO inductions (highly desirable)
* Schedule 26 Accreditation – BSBWHS411 & BSBWHS414.
* S26 Exam Certificate
* First Aid & CPR
* Working at Heights
* 4WD
* Fire Training
* High Risk Work Licence
* Experience in mine camp construction, NPI works, fit-out and modular builds
