Senior Property Manager | North Shore
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing and well-supported property management team on Sydney's North Shore. This is the ideal role for a Senior Property Manager looking to focus on relationship management and portfolio servicing — without the pressure of running around at Property inspections.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties with substantial support.
* Build and maintain strong landlord relationships – core focus.
* Conduct outgoing inspections.
* Handle NCAT & bond claims.
* Support juniors and general administration.
What You Won't Be Doing
* Routine inspections.
* Ingoing inspections.
* Leasing.
* Accounts.
About You
* Previous Property Management experience.
* A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management.
* Experience with PropertyTree preferred.
* A systems and process-driven mindset.
