Team Leader Role
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to individuals with disabilities. This involves leading and mentoring a team of support workers to achieve positive outcomes for participants.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients with complex health and behavioural needs and supervising person-centred practice. They will possess strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
This is an opportunity to work on a permanent part-time basis, approximately 30 hours per week, with flexible availability to work across a 24/7 fortnightly roster.
