Are you passionate about helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic Technical Sales Representative who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering technical solutions to customers.
Whether you're an experienced Technical Sales Representative, have a background in technical sales, or are a trade-qualified welder looking to transition off the tools, this is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and people-focused team. Welding knowledge is highly valued — but if you're motivated to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
What you will enjoy doing
* Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to customers
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
* Recommend equipment and consumables to suit customer requirements
* Partner with the sales team to identify and support growth opportunities
* You will represent leading brand partners at customer sites and industry events
* Prepare quotations and commercial presentations aligned with business goals
* Travel across the NSW South Coast to support customers
What makes you great
* Trade-qualified welder with broad process knowledge (MIG, TIG, Stick, FCAW, SAW)
* More than five (5+) years' welding experience (technical sales or support experience highly regarded)
* Strong communication and presentation skills are required in this role
* Willingness to travel extensively across NSW South Coast travel
* Valid driver's license is required
