Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our operations team as an Office Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reception areas across two offices, including phone lines, deliveries, mail, and supplier coordination. Additionally, they will oversee meeting room and parking management.
The role also involves maintaining office supplies, equipment, and communal spaces, as well as managing facilities and suppliers. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating IT helpdesk services, IT hardware, and asset control.
As part of the team, the Office Assistant will support the onboarding of new team members, including workspace and equipment setup. They will also assist with special projects, team events, and ad hoc administrative tasks.
About You
* You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude is essential - no job too small.
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not required.
