Job Title: Luxury Homes Site Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of luxury homes in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary package, a fully maintained vehicle, and the opportunity to work on high-end projects valued between $1M–$5M.
* Manage day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
* Program and schedule jobs to meet milestones and deadlines.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and designers to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Maintain OH&S compliance and a clean, safe site.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum 10 years' experience as a Site Supervisor on luxury custom homes.
* Strong knowledge of Perth building codes and regulations.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and hit key milestones.
* Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.
* Construction qualifications or trade background highly regarded.
