Healthy North Coast (HNC) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation committed to improving the health of our North Coast communities through quality primary health care. We proudly deliver the Primary Health Network (PHN) Program across the stunning north coast region from Tweed Heads to Port Macquarie across Githabul, Bundjalung, Gumbaynggirr, Dunghutti, Birpai and Yaegl lands.

About the role
The Website Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the development of a new Healthy North Coast corporate website including content creation and system functionality. The position works closely with the Digital Communications Manager to ensure the digital communications functions are effective, efficient and aligned to the business needs of the organisation. The role is for part time hours of 30 per week (flexible on how worked) for a 12 month fixed term.
About you
You will have:
* Knowledge of website content management systems and basic digital tools (e.g. performance analytics tool Google Analytics (GA4) email marketing software or design platforms).
* Skills in content and design with the ability to create and edit clear, engaging and accessible content for digital platforms with a willingness to learn design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
* Well-developed organisational and communication skills with the ability to take direction and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
* The ability to tailor spoken and written communications to ensure the desire message is both given and received by all audiences.
* Knowledge of and commitment to Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement principles.
* A background working within the health, community services or other not-for-profit sector (desirable)
* Relevant tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, digital media, IT or other related field, and/or other training and practical experience of 5 or more years (highly desirable)
