Public Transport Authority of Western Australia – East Perth WA

This role supports the coordination and administration of signage maintenance and projects across the PTA network, ensuring signage is accurate, compliant and fit-for-purpose. You will assist in managing signage requests, auditing and maintaining asset records and supporting the delivery of signage installations and updates across a diverse operational environment.

Working closely with internal teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will contribute to the effective planning and delivery of signage solutions that meet operational, safety and customer requirements. The role also involves maintaining documentation, supporting procurement and contract processes, and ensuring that signage standards and procedures are consistently applied.

You will play an important part in ensuring signage supports safe, accessible and efficient transport services while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the network.

About You!

* Signage experience in administration or coordination within an operational or infrastructure environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
* Well-developed communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders
* High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
* Experience using asset or records management systems and working with contractors or external service providers.
* Knowledge of signage standards or transport environments

The role is permanent full-time opportunity available for an immediate start. Applicants assessed as suitable through this process may be used to fill similar vacancies both fixed term and permanent that may arise within the next 12 months. This is a pool recruitment process where suitable applicants will be placed in a pool for 24 months. To be eligible to work permanently at the PTA you must be either an Australian Citizen, have Permanent Residency status or hold a current visa with permanent working rights in Australia.
