Health Operations Leader - New Footscray and New Melton Hospital

Job Description
The Health Operations Leader will provide leadership and coordination of Facility Management and Mobilisation activities to New Footscray Hospital and New Melton Hospital PPP assets.
Responsibilities
* Management and promotion of Health and Safety obligations and initiatives at all times.
* Lead teams to deliver Financial and Contractual (KPI) Commitments.
* Coordinate and review Asset Management Plans (FM) including Annual Works Plans, Five Year Lifecycle Plans, Utilities Management Plan for each facility on an annual basis.
* Work closely with the National TAM support team on the implementation of business plans & strategies and company-wide Quality initiatives to maximise customer satisfaction and enhance company goodwill.
* Be a central point for Client communication and their nominated property management consultants.
Qualifications
* Must have tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, or Facilities Management OR demonstrate an equivalent level of experience in maintaining/operating major infrastructure facilities for key clients.
* Minimum of 10 years in a similar or relevant Leadership or Operational environment with exposure to complex multi-stakeholder contracts.
* Proven experience in commercial issues management including finance, risk management, compliance.
* Exceptional staff management and process improvement skills and estimating ability.
* High level of financial numeracy and experience in managing budgets/forecasts and undertaking financial analysis.
* PPP exposure is highly regarded.
