In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff, managing ad hoc tasks such as phone and mail management, preparing client packs and billing. You will also be accountable for invoicing and WIP Management, as well as providing end-to-end bookkeeping services including payables and receivables.
To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is also highly desirable.
