As a proactive team member, you will perform and manage plant maintenance programs under the direction of the Plant Manager, ensuring safety, quality, and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesPerform proactive and reactive maintenance activities on plant equipment and machinery, ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.Support reliability initiatives by identifying failure modes, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.Assist in scheduling and executing maintenance tasks, maintaining accurate maintenance records.Seek opportunities to improve maintenance processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations and contributing to plant performance.Conduct risk assessments for all tasks using site-specific or dynamic risk assessment procedures.Prioritize employee health and safety, product quality, and environmental protection in all maintenance activities.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance.Ability to read and use mechanical and electrical schematics for troubleshooting.Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical components such as motors, variable AC drives, PLCs, and field sensors.Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance on conveyance equipment.Physical ability to climb steps, work in tight spaces, and at heights.Proficiency with MS Office and internet applications.Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
