Your work will directly contribute to growing our portfolio and delivering exceptional customer experiences.**This role is based in Milton, Qld and is a 12 month Max term role.****How you'll make an impact*** Support the regional sales team to achieve key targets across settlements, margins, and revenue* Prepare quotes and seamlessly convert them into contracts within SLA timeframes* Identify opportunities to enhance margins, fees, and services* Coordinate dealer vehicle quotations to support lease generation* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures* Manage debtor accounts with accuracy and timeliness* Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and results## **Your attributes – essential*** A degree in business (or similar) is great—but not essential* Strong communication skills with confidence and clarity* Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail* Ability to work independently and collaboratively* Solid Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word* Exposure to fleet, finance, or automotive industries is a plus**Applications close 5th June 2026 .****Life at Toyota & What we offer you** We pride ourselves on a work culture that supports and rewards people.
