$26.71 per hour + 12% Super

Responsibilities
* Engage with your customers, taking high volume coffee orders, ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
* Operate the till to take orders and process transactions
* Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
* Responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
* Food preparation such as making salads and sandwiches and function support when required
* Collaborating effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations
* Adhering to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices.
* Flexible to handle diverse tasks, from food prep to cleaning based on the needs at that time.
Qualifications
* An experienced barista (true coffee connoisseurs) who is comfortable producing high-quality coffees
* Professional presentation – this is a front of house role, and you will be the face of the company to our users
* Excellent communication skills, social skills and ability to maintain casual conversation
* The ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
* Strong work ethic and reliability - happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
* Possesses hands on experience with POS systems
* Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
* Barista Qualification advantageous
* Has current working with children check or the ability to obtain
