As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and customer service to ensure that they achieve their business objectives and regulatory requirements.
**There are 4 main elements to the role**
- Answering inbound calls
- Arranging bookings for clients
- Taking payments
- Administration
**Responsibilities**
- Book students into the appropriate courses for NSW
- Complete daily reports
- Update customer information in the database
- Processing booking payments
