StarTrack Tullamarine are seeking a full time HR Driver to work in our Bulk Team. This position is a 12-month fixed term contract with the potential for extension/permanent employment. This role suits people who enjoy truck driving, physical fitness, and customer service.

Responsibilities
* Start every shift with a vehicle safety check, helping maintain the reliability and performance of our national network.
* Work with forklift operators to load your vehicle efficiently and accurately — keeping freight moving on time, ensuring parcels and freight are handled with care.
* Take ownership on the road, executing precise deliveries and pick‐ups between our operational hubs and customers, focusing on safety, on‐time deliveries and service excellence.
* Use scanners and complete relevant paperwork to keep track of pick‐ups and deliveries.
* Represent the business with pride.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm and patience required in the role.
* Return to base to unload and reset quickly, ensuring seamless flow of freight through the network and readiness for the next run.

Requirements
* Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
* Hold a relevant heavy vehicle licence.
* Be physically fit, frequently getting in and out of a truck.
* Be safety‐focused and understand the importance of chain of responsibility.
* Have a customer‐centric mindset and effective communication skills.
* Meet the safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less.
* Be prepared to provide a driving history report, undergo a pre‐employment medical and drug/alcohol screening and national police checks.
