The Role
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Promotions Hosts on a part‐time basis to join our flagship venue, located in Mount Pritchard. As a Promotions Host, you will be responsible for hosting a range of Club activities including but not limited to promotions, entertainment, raffles and bingo.
Key Duties
* Accurately host and/or assist promotions, raffles and bingo sessions.
* Maintain knowledge of promotions and events at all times, including familiarisation with all terms, conditions and procedures of promotions, OLGR requirements and Mounties own Loyalty program.
* Proactively up‐sell promotions and events to Members and visitors, demonstrating the benefits of Membership and Mounties Loyalty program.
* Set up and prepare specified areas for each event/activity. Include retrieving equipment and prizes, setting up microphones and ensuring sound and promotion system is functional.
* Maintain security and cleanliness of all display, stage and prize areas at all times.
* Maintain the delivery of our high‐level customer service standards.
About You
* Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gaming (RCG).
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Strong articulate vocal skills over a microphone and PA System.
* Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights and weekends.
