Project Manager – commercial, retail and industrial building contractor
Base yourself in either the Brisbane or Gold Coast office.
Report directly into the QLD State Manager.
Projects: Typically Design & Construct and refurb from $5M to $50M. Current live projects across QLD include industrial warehouses, fast‐food restaurants, retirement living, supermarkets, shopping centres and more.

Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of a $20M industrial project or a $35M mixed retail/supermarket project in Brisbane.
* Direct and supervise a wide cross‐section of subcontractors.
* Develop and manage project programming and budgeting.
* Maintain contractual understanding and manage contractual risks.
* Liaise with clients and architects, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications
* Degree in Construction Management or a similar tertiary qualification.
* Several years of experience progressing to a Project Manager role in the construction industry.
* Proven record of delivering commercial, retail and industrial projects exceeding $30M.
* Strong contractual acumen.
* Experience with established, systems‐driven contractors in Brisbane.
* Familiarity with costing and programming systems such as Procore, Jobpac, CHEOPS, MS Projects, Aconex, Hammertech.
* Will be based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
Benefits
* Salary range of $180,000 to $220,000 plus Super.
* Flexible salary package of $200,000 - $210,000 plus Super and excellent benefits.
