We are currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join the team and be part of our growth journey!
This full-time position is based in our headquarters in Osborne Park, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the Sales Department, excellent customer service to internal and external contacts, and maintaining quality records management in the CRM and associated internal systems and procedures.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position requires a very high level of attention to detail along with the ability to effectively multi‐task and work to tight project deadlines.
The incumbent must have an appetite to learn technical specifications and details of our product range to be effective in the position.
Responsibilities
* Administrative support to the Sales Department for all sales activities including preparation of quotations, biller of material items, sales orders, sales handover documentation, and after sales customer service.
* Management of subscription renewals and marketing.
* Maintaining and updating price lists, databases and CRM information.
* Sales reporting and other administrative tasks as required by the Sales team and senior management.
Required attributes, skills and experience
* 3+ years experience in a Sales Administrator or Internal Sales role or similar.
* Must possess an exceptional level of attention to detail.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building capabilities.
* Strong active listening, multi‐tasking and time management skills.
* Able to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst maintaining quality work.
* Professional, friendly, with a positive outlook and a willingness to help others.
* Exceptional customer service, phone manner, and a "can‐do" attitude.
* Have an appetite to learn technical specifications and systems knowledge.
* Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office and usage of CRM systems and in‐house systems.

* Permanent full‐time position.
* Monday to Friday 40 hours per week – 08:00am to 4:30pm.
