Early Settler sells stylish furniture and homewares. We are seeking a Retail Store Person to support daily store operations and the back‐of‐store warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
* Load weekly trucks and containers with precision and care.
* Assist customers with order collections to provide a seamless experience.
* Support the retail sales team with stock and product movement on the shop floor.
* Accurately receipting goods into our operating system.
* Assemble furniture with pride and attention to detail.
* Contribute to and uphold all OH&S requirements.
* Maintain good housekeeping techniques; keep store and warehouse organized, safe, and tidy.
* Collaborate as part of a team, use initiative, problem‐solve, and handle a fast‐paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar warehousing or distribution role.
* Passion for helping people and a desire to get results.
* Physical capability to lift, carry, and move items of varying sizes safely.
* Reliable, committed, proactive, and driven with a can‐do attitude.
* Can work required roster, Monday‐Saturday, as needed.
* Must be an Australian citizen, resident, or hold a valid visa to work in Australia.
