The opportunity
As an Investment Associate, you will be directly involved in executing buy‐side transactions, supporting origination, financial analysis, and due diligence processes, while working closely with senior team members. The deals will span control M&A and greenfield investments, with a clear focus on long‐term value creation and enterprise growth.
Required Skills & Experience
* 4–7 years' experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, private equity, or a related transaction‐driven role.
* Strong technical skillset with the ability to independently run financial modelling, valuation, and analysis requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership and portfolio company management teams.
* A commercial mindset with a strong interest in investments and growing enterprise value.
