Remuneration : $74,317.94 - $104,336.27 per annum, pro rata – dependent on qualifications

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the acute care team to increase service capacity and address the acute needs of consumers aged 18 years and older experiencing a mental health crisis. Support assessment and brief intervention for adult consumers and forward referral to Adult Mental Health Services or other appropriate external treatment providers.
Provide a range of specialist mental health interventions within a multidisciplinary team, including triage, assertive outreach, comprehensive assessment, risk assessment, clinical formulation, management of risks and safety planning, brief psychoeducation, and close liaison with stakeholders as part of collaborative care and discharge planning.
Deliver care utilising Trauma Informed Care and Recovery principles and in accordance with the National Practice Standards for Mental Health Workforce and NSW Health Mental Health Competencies.
Qualifications & Experience
Professionals under the Health Professionals State Award must provide evidence of three years' clinical experience to be appointed at Level 2.
