Admin Assistant with Accounting Duties – Full Time
Pac Food is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who loves working with numbers and enjoys being part of a supportive office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using MYOB
* Assist with reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks
* Provide support to the team, stepping in to assist while other staff are away
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' hands-on MYOB experience including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations
* Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Flexibility to assist across roles when required
* A Certificate in Bookkeeping will be highly regarded, but is not essential
* Must have the legal right to work in Australia
