The opportunity
We're hiring a residential HVAC installer for our Geraldton, WA team to install split-system and ducted air conditioning across new and existing homes. The work is steady, the leads are warm, and the install schedule is planned out so you're not chasing the next job at 4pm. You're trusted to run your day, you're paid properly for the work, and you have a real path into commercial work if you want it.
What you'll be doing
* Install split-system and ducted air conditioning in new and existing residential properties
* Carry out brazing, vacuum, charge and commissioning of new systems
* Run refrigerant pipework, condensate and electrical interconnects to standard
* Conduct customer handover, demonstrate operation and answer questions
* Complete service reports, photos and certification through our mobile platform
* Coordinate with the install scheduler to plan your week
What you'll bring
* Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
* Current ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
* Restricted electrical licence (state-specific) or willingness to obtain
* Current driver's licence
Bonus points for
* EWP, Working at Heights and First Aid tickets
* Experience with ducted residential systems and zoning
* White Card
* Customer-facing service or sales experience
