What role will you play?
As a Delivery Lead on a 12‐month contract, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across Macquarie's cybersecurity portfolio, connecting long‐term strategy with day‐to‐day execution. You will provide clear oversight of priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies, working closely with senior leaders to ensure delivery remains focused and transparent. Through strong planning, governance, and collaboration, your work will help enable secure, well‐coordinated outcomes across the business.
What you offer
* Extensive experience in delivery, programme, or portfolio management, with a strong track record of translating strategy into successfully delivered outcomes within financial services or similarly complex environments
* Deep knowledge of project delivery disciplines, including planning, governance, progress tracking, and removing obstacles to keep work moving
* The ability to lead delivery in environments with ambiguity and competing priorities, maintaining focus and momentum across multiple initiatives
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with confidence working with senior leaders across technology, risk, and business teams
* Strong leadership capability, with experience influencing and motivating diverse, cross‐functional teams without direct authority
