We are looking for an ambitious, sales‐driven leader to join our team and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve personal and store sales targets and KPIs at West Bunbury. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills by coaching Team Members to become selling superstars while delivering impeccable customer service.
What we are looking for:
* Experience supervising, inspiring and leading a high‐performing team
* Understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record of exceeding personal and store sales targets and KPIs
* Ability to provide personal and memorable customer service experiences
* Passion for merchandising and stock management while thriving in a busy sales environment
* Demonstrated ability to coach and provide feedback to Team Members to support their career development
What you will be doing:
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets
* Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets
* Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
* Provide high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
* Merchandise to showcase our range of products in line with promotional set‐up guidelines
* Handle operational requirements including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, general housekeeping and retail business administration tasks
