We are seeking a highly capable Organisational Change Management qualified to lead the planning and implementation of change management activities across programs and projects.
This role plays a key part in supporting the realisation of the Bureau’s Strategy 2022-2027, providing expert guidance to executive sponsors, program and project managers, as well as other enabling roles such as business analysts and communications professionals.
Additionally, the role will contribute to the ongoing development of the Bureau's change management framework and approach, through the use and maintenance of key artefacts, tools, templates, and reports.
Experience working within government and familiarity with delivering projects that have a customer or community impact is highly desirable.
