Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – QLD to join our dynamic, results‑driven team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about building relationships and driving brand engagement in the finance sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing aggregators and brokers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Raise brand awareness, provide education, and drive utilisation of Selfco’s products.
- Identify and onboard new brokers, manage accreditation, and deliver training and support.
- Build strong rapport and maintain long‑term relationships.
- Assist brokers with deal scenarios and manage a pipeline of business.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to influence and negotiate outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role within Equipment/Asset Finance (preferred) or Commercial/Business Lending.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- A self‑directed, motivated team player passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for all stakeholders.
